We are looking for dynamic and driven healthcare professionals to join our team as Personal & Leadership Development Consultants. This role combines your knowledge with your passion for personal growth to inspire and lead individuals on their journey toward success. You will have the chance to create service, provide coaching, and connect to a wider audience, helping others navigate their personal and professional lives with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Creation: Develop and deliver compelling content on leadership, personal development, success strategies, and experiences across various platforms (social media, blogs, webinars, etc.) with ongoing trainings provided.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Guide individuals or in achieving personal and professional growth by providing actionable advice, mentorship, and leadership coaching.
- Personalised Brand Collaboration: Work with your own brand within the personal development, leadership, and other industries to promote services and products that align with your values.
- Engagement & Community Building: Grow and engage a community of professionals seeking personal and leadership development.
- Public Speaking & Webinars: Participate in daily scheduled online meetings, and live events to collaborate and be inspired by others in their journey toward success.
Position Requirements
College,
1+ Years
work experience - Interest in personal development, leadership training, and success coaching.
- Experience with social media platforms, marketing creation is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a passion for helping others grow both personally and professionally.
- Ability to connect with a diverse audience and adapt messages to various platforms.
Required Language Skills:
- English - Good
