Who We’re Hiring
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADC)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)

Applicants must hold active licensure or certification in Illinois and be eligible to practice independently.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
  • Current CADC or full clinical licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy to clients with substance use disorders.
  • Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans using evidence based approaches.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and recovery support systems as needed.
  • Support clients throughout the continuum of care including relapse prevention planning.
