We are seeking a passionate, part-time therapist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor and grow with us.

As you successfully build your caseload, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time, W-2 position with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Competitive & Transparent Compensation: Earn a 40-60% split of insurance reimbursements

• Client Referrals: We are committed to building your caseload. We handle clinic-wide marketing and will advertise your profile across all our platforms. We also encourage and support your own outreach and community relations efforts to help you grow.

• Current therapy or counseling licensure in Illinois (LSW / LCSW, LPC / LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
• Passion for mental health, reducing stigma, and making therapy accessible.
• Experience and interest in providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, authentic care.
• Ideal for clinicians seeking a part-time, flexible contractor role
