• Provide direct services and student counseling
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Exercise strong communication and relationship‑building skills to collaborate with onsite school personnel and build rapport with students
• Conduct social/emotional evaluations and eligibility paperwork

• Active state license to work independently as a clinical social worker
• SSW letter from State DOE or the ability to obtain one
• More than 1 year of experience providing direct services/counseling in a school setting, excluding your intern year
• Schedule flexibility and interest in working across time zones
• Working knowledge of technology, such as headphones and personal computers

Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or up to 40 hours. All availability will be considered within typical school‑based hours.

Compensation is $40–48 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions.

You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (e.g., indirect includes documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more).
