What You’ll Do

Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.

Design and oversee ethical, data-driven programs.

Supervise and mentor RBTs and technicians to ensure high-quality care.

Collaborate with families, educators, and community leaders.

Provide services in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Monitor progress, ensure compliance, and uphold client dignity.

Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

BCBA certification and/or LBA license (or Illinois eligibility)

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

Experience working with the Orthodox Jewish community

Comfort working across diverse settings (home, school, clinic, community)

Flexible work from home options available.
