THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a home-based role in Central Northwest Houston/Greater Inwood. This position can be Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN within the North Houston Division.
Responsibilities include:- Conducting comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical judgment.
- Creating home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborating with various healthcare providers.
- Maintaining patient documentation and meeting agency standards.
- Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
- Proficiency in workplace technology.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
