Grow With The Flow Pediatric Therapy, PLLC is a small, therapist-owned pediatric practice serving children and families across Chicago. We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys flexibility, values a supportive team culture, and wants space to grow professionally without the constraints of a corporate environment.

Therapists provide in-home and community-based pediatric services to families in their area, including Early Intervention and privately insured clients.
Responsibilities include- Providing developmentally appropriate, family-centered therapy.
- Maintaining clear communication with caregivers and colleagues.
- Completing documentation and billing within 48 hours of sessions.
- Attending IFSP team meetings and participating in mentorship or case collaboration as needed.
- W2 Employee or Contract positions available
- Caseload:Minimums determined by position type, flexible schedule
- Location:Chicago and surrounding areas, therapist has full discretion in determining service areas.

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
