Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for a full‑time hybrid role based in Park Ridge, IL, with some remote work flexibility. The counselor will provide individual, family, and/or group therapy, tailor individualized treatment plans, and maintain case notes and documentation. Other responsibilities include conducting assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, and offering support aligned with trauma‑informed care principles. The role emphasizes nurturing a positive therapeutic relationship and promoting clients' mental and emotional well‑being.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Counseling and Mental Health to provide effective therapeutic interventions.
- Proficiency in Family Therapy, demonstrating the ability to support and address family dynamics.
- Experience with Case Management to coordinate and manage client care effectively.
- Background in Psychology with an understanding of various therapeutic approaches and techniques.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Current clinical licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience or training in trauma‑informed care and integrative modalities is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful client relationships and collaboration with the team.
