We are seeking a passionate, part‑time therapist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor and grow with us.

This part‑time role is your gateway. As you successfully build your caseload, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full‑time, W‑2 position with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Competitive & Transparent Compensation: Earn a 40–60% split of insurance reimbursements

• Client Referrals: We are committed to building your caseload. We handle clinic‑wide marketing and will advertise your profile across all our platforms. We also encourage and support your own outreach and community relations efforts to help you grow.

    Receive supervision and have regular opportunities to collaborate with a diverse team across all experience levels and specialties.
  • In‑House Psychiatry: Offer your clients the full spectrum of care with seamless access to our in‑house psychiatrist.
  • Peer Support: Always have someone to communicate with, learn from, and lean on.

• Current therapy or counseling licensure in Illinois (LSW / LCSW, LPC / LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
• Passion for mental health, reducing stigma, and making therapy accessible.
• Experience and interest in providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, authentic care.
• Ideal for clinicians seeking a part‑time, flexible contractor role.
