We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Indiana-based partners.
What You’ll Do- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with moderate acuity.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
- Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient FQHC located in Indiana
- Schedule: Flexible schedule Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk, must be able to see patients until 8pm EST on Wednesday
- Appointments: 45 minutes for initial evaluations, 45 minutes for follow-up appointments
- Administrative Time: 60 minutes per day

Qualifications- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Active Indiana LCSW licensure required
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
- Telehealth experience preferred.
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
