• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health and wellness coaching or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, or a related discipline
• Certification in health coaching or a relevant fitness discipline
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Experience working with diverse populations and individuals with varying health needs
• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary planning
• Familiarity with wellness technology and tracking tools
• Additional certifications in fitness or wellness-related areas
• Proven track record of client success and satisfaction
