Location: Lubbock, TX (Remote)
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor interested in a structured, remote position with predictable daytime hours. In this role, you will concentrate on direct client care, from intake through discharge. Your day-to-day work will include telehealth sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and close coordination with a supportive clinical team.

• Provide individual counseling via secure video for adults and/or adolescents.
• Lead clinically focused sessions that integrate skills-building, symptom management, and practical problem-solving.
• Conduct routine re-assessments and update treatment plans as client needs change.
• Document all services and communications in the EHR according to policy and timelines.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations as needed.
• Support quality improvement efforts by following practice guidelines and offering feedback.
• Maintain awareness of relevant regulations, ethics, and licensing requirements.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Texas LPC license (or LPC-eligible with clear timeline for full licensure).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of post-master’s clinical experience, preferably in outpatient mental health.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth or strong interest in virtual care.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and a range of clinical presentations.
• Strong clinical documentation, time management, and communication skills.

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
