Western Tidewater CSB is seeking a Training Specialist for our Acute Care Crisis Division.
Responsibilities and Duties for Training Specialist:

To assist the Acute Care Crisis division with organization of our onboarding and crisis training. This position will assist multiple departments in the division with a focus on enhancing skills for our mobile crisis responders. Candidates must be dynamic presenters, knowledgeable in training on crisis related issues. This position will work with locating professional outside speakers to come and present on crisis related topics.

Candidate needs to be licensed, and crisis experience is preferred. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. This position is a hybrid position. It will be a combination of work from home, on site and travel throughout the region. Normal hours are M‑F 12‑8pm to allow for training across shifts. Some flexibility required depending on the training schedule. This position reports to the Director of the Acute Care Crisis.

Minimum of Licensed Professional in Human Services. Must be able to type and operate a computer, must be able to navigate or willing to learn various technologies as it relates to the position and betterment of the division. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
