• Conduct pre-service patient interviews via phone to complete the pre-registration process
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including completing the Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire
• Educate patients on their estimated out-of-pocket financial responsibilities and collect liabilities
• Resolve patient demographic and insurance discrepancies using various system tools
• Document the outcomes of patient interviews thoroughly while delivering excellent customer service

• Proficient in typing with a general knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; bilingual is a plus
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of previous scheduling experience in the medical field preferred

• Experience working in a remote call center environment
• Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently and remain focused in a remote setting
