- Collaborate with dietitians and facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure high‑level care.
- Complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress.
- Conduct meal rounds as needed, complete sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain standards.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement.
- State licensure as required by state.
- Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
