Position OverviewAs an Occupational Therapy Evaluator, your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive evaluations of children suspected of having developmental delays. You will play a crucial role in identifying individual needs and helping children reach their fullest potential.
Salary: $150-$200 per evaluation
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized assessment tools such as the Peabody (PDMS-3) and Bayley-4.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive evaluation reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best care for children.
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations).
- New York Occupational Therapy (OT) License
- Experience working with children with developmental delays.
- Early Intervention Evaluator Experience (Preferred)
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools used for assessing developmental needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)
- Home Based Service Delivery Experience (preferred)
- Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
