Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor - Hawaii (#1298)

• Support internal and external customers nationwide in a technically exciting environment
• Lead and guide the survey process, applying independent decision-making and prioritization skills
• Communicate openly to discuss conflicts and seek assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
• Successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
• At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving residents of long-term care facilities
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis
