Mental Health Therapist; LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C – Contractor; Remote​/Hybrid

Location: Silver Spring, MD (Hybrid: Remote with in-person availability once per week preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• $100–$110 per new client intake
• Flexible scheduling; compensation based on clients seen

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C) to join our team as an independent contractor. This remote/hybrid position offers telehealth flexibility, with in-person availability once per week preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews
• Provide individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Develop and implement treatment plans collaboratively with clients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed
• Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality according to Maryland licensing regulations

Qualifications:

• Active LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C license in Maryland
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field
• 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations and diagnoses
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Supportive and collaborative team player
• Our company covers all billing and credentialing requirements
• Includes 3 hours of clinical supervision per month by an LCSW-C Board Supervisor for LMSW candidates
