What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary operational contact point with clients to ensure an extraordinary experience with employer products and services
- Lead complex collaborations between clients and internal teams to align goals and action plans
- Maintain internal client updates using Client Health Dashboards and required reporting mechanisms
- Facilitate Strategic Roadmap Planning for current and future projects, aligning solution releases with client priorities
- Identify opportunities for solution optimizations and support client participation in feedback processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in client relationship management and issue resolution
- Exposure to healthcare risk adjustment programs, including CMS, Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Previous experience working for a health plan
- Strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring or providing guidance to less experienced Client Success Managers
- Familiarity with client success metrics and improvement action plans
