Education Specialist- Remote

• Manage and coordinate various educational interventions for health professions and primary care providers
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of participants and organizations for educational programs
• Track and analyze operational data to assess the quality and effectiveness of educational interventions
• Develop engaging presentations and materials for conferences and educational sessions
• Assist with grant development and reporting, including writing and coordinating with partner organizations

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or project support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Current Driver’s license and ability to travel in and out of state

• Experience in leveraging technology to enhance educational content delivery
• Previous involvement in grant writing or project management within healthcare education
• Familiarity with educational intervention strategies and adult learning principles
• Strong presentation skills with experience in public speaking at conferences
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
