Senior Care Advisor

Care Patrol, founded in 1993, is dedicated to providing seniors and their families with a less stressful, more manageable way to find safer senior care. As a free senior housing placement service, Care Patrol assists families in discovering the right options for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and in-home care. Our mission is to provide support and guidance in making important decisions about senior care while prioritizing safety and well-being.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Care Advisor located in Richland and Ashland Counties in Ohio, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Senior Care Advisor, you will work closely with families to assess their senior care needs and provide expert guidance in exploring appropriate care options. You will facilitate facility tours, collaborate with healthcare partners, educate clients on available resources, and maintain ongoing support to ensure a seamless placement process.

Building and maintaining strong relationships within the senior care community will also be a key part of your role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of senior care services, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual meetings, communications, and documentation
• Empathy, patience, and a client-focused approach
• Prior experience in healthcare, social work, senior care services, or related fields is beneficial
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
