Total Compensation Package up to $122,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

Monthly Performance Bonuses:
Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.

Sign On Bonuses
:
Up to $10,000

Mentorship Bonuses:
Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

Certification Bonuses:
Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, daytime hours

Continuing

Education:

A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

Your Role

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.

  • Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.

  • Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
