• Develop and maintain operational plans, guidance documents, and standard operating procedures to support program operations
• Identify gaps in operational and tactical plans, proposing technology solutions where applicable
• Analyze healthcare data and technical documents to track applications and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution
• Document decisions and maintain a knowledge repository for future reference

• Master s degree in business management, public policy, health policy, or a related discipline
• Minimum of two years of experience in federal consulting or a client-facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills

• Experience working on projects for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
• Familiarity with federal healthcare programs and policies
• Ability to lead task streams and advocate for technical platforms
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and other relevant software tools
