Position: Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Aide (PCA)- Mount Vernon

** to support clients throughout
** Westchester County and New York City**.
* NY State
** HHA or PCA certification required
*** Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients

* ** Responsibilities/Duties:
*** Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
* Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan
* Provide medication reminders
* Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home)
* Accompany clients to appointments or on walks
* Prepare meals
* Perform light housekeeping
* Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
