Role Overview

Med Cred is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Certified Physician Assistants (PA-C) to serve as Clinical Planners and Reviewers. In this critical "human-in-the-loop" role, you will act as the quality control expert for your specific specialty. You will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and refining AI-generated clinical assessment questions to ensure they are medically accurate, clinically relevant, and free from bias. Med Cred is seeking PAs with specialty experience in Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
.

You will help shape the educational content that allows your peers to earn Category 1 CME credits. This is a flexible, remote role ideal for practicing PAs looking to contribute to medical education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rigorously review AI-generated clinical scenarios, multiple-choice questions, and explanations for medical accuracy, adherence to current guidelines, and relevance to modern PA practice.
  • Ensure all content is supported by the cited peer-reviewed literature.
  • Evaluate content for commercial bias, stereotypes, or unscientific approaches, ensuring full compliance with AAPA and ACCME standards.
  • Assist in defining the scope of clinical topics for your specialty, identifying practice gaps, and suggesting learning objectives that address the specific needs of PAs.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to the technical team to improve algorithm performance and content quality over time.
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
  • Current NCCPA Certification (PA-C) required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in the specific specialty area (e.g.,
    Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine
    ).
  • Strong familiarity with current clinical guidelines, pharmacology, and standard-of-care practices within your specialty.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and comfort using digital platforms for document review.
  • A genuine interest in medical education and evidence-based medicine.
