* Position Summary:

** We are looking for a Clinical Staff to coordinate, and/or perform a wide variety of clinical and program support activities for the Advanced Education in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics/MBA (AEODO/MBA) Residency Program clinic and for related, centralized duties related to clinic activities.
** Key Respo
**** nsibilities:
*** Answer and direct calls regarding clinic operations; provide assistance or route to appropriate staff.
* Schedule clinic appointments, maintain computerized schedules, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
* Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations, including policy updates, compliance with HIPAA/OSHA, and equipment maintenance.
* Organize and manage clinic supplies, records, and databases; ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
* Greet and assist patients, update information in practice management software, and support patient flow.
* Assist faculty, residents, and interns with administrative tasks, imaging processes, and chairside support as needed.
* Plan and support clinic-related events and meetings with prospective staff and vendors.

* * Some knowledge and experience in dentistry is preferred.
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education is minimally required to be eligible for this position.
