Job Purpose
As a Clinical Therapist with us, you will deliver critical diagnostic assessments and tailored treatments to those facing mental and emotional challenges. Your role will be integral in counseling individuals and groups, focusing on prevention and addressing a wide array of mental health issues. You will engage in essential functions such as intake assessments, service planning, and crisis interventions, and provide continuous therapy to individuals, families, groups, and couples.
CompensationCompensation is based on experience and licensure status.
- Associate Level: $65,000 – $71,000
- Independent Level: $80,000 – $88,000
This is a W‑2 position with the opportunity to increase take‑home pay through our Pay‑for‑Performance (P4P) compensation model. Bonus alert:
Earn a sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000, depending on licensure type, by maintaining excellent attendance and performance within the first 90 days of employment.
- Collaborate with patients and their natural supports to develop and implement an effective service plan.
- Provide clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable ethical codes, rules, and regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems where clinical knowledge of the case is crucial.
- Assist in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure the provision of all covered services identified on the service plan; refer to community services as appropriate.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessments and modify the service plan as necessary.
- Participate in individual and group supervision that meets standards set by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
- Maintain client records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
- Current or pending Arizona license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, Psy.
D). - Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
- CPR/First Aid certification and a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance.
- A forward‑thinking approach with a willingness to utilize telehealth.
- Experience working in an EMR system;
Advance MD preferred. - Enthusiasm for a performance‑based compensation plan.
- Hybrid: 4 days remote, 1 day onsite each week.
- Fully Onsite:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (clinic hours). - Fully Remote:
Work from home anywhere in Arizona (or another approved U.S. state) with an active Arizona license.
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
