Compensation:

• Full-Time Clinicians: $85,000–$200,000+ annually (based on 20+ visits/week)

• Part-Time Clinicians: Competitive pay based on visits/week

• Pediatric clients: Focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning to enhance confidence and participation.

• Adult clients: Support recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to improve quality of life at home.

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license (new grads and relocating clinicians welcome)

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
