What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a leadership career opportunity for a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Quality Outcomes & Performance Management (SVPEQO) join our Care Management team. This position is a critical leadership role that is responsible for the implementation of programs and initiatives leading to a competitive, integrated care managed care organization focused on quality-driven care, member health, and cost-effectiveness. Under the leadership of the Chief Clinical Operations Officer (CCOO), the SVPEQO will facilitate enterprise cross-functional initiatives required to achieve Clinical & Quality Effectiveness through proactive provider network engagement, robust population health management, exceptional HEDIS performance, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), and a strong emphasis on Value-Based Care (VBC).

On

a typical day, you might
  • Determine relevant and measurable quality metrics aligned with national standards (e.g., HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings), emphasizing outcomes over process.
  • Prioritize population health by focusing on proactive care management for chronic conditions, preventative services, and addressing social determinants of health.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate VBC and CQI into quality-based payment programs.
  • Partner with Network, Med Econ, VBC, and Clinical Services to identify high-value providers by market analysis or score-carding.

Qualifications

Education:

Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Health Administration, Human Services related field or Business Administration related field.

Experience:

Minimum of ten (10) years of combined progressive leadership experience in a managed care or health care environment, with a focus on value-based care, population health, and quality improvement including: at least five (5) years of experience with a managed care organization, at least five (5) years of supervisory experience, at least five (5) years of experience leading or directing interventions on HEDIS measures, or applying NCQA accreditation standards, or other regulatory requirements, at least three (3) of experience implementing health care strategy at the health plan level and at least two (2) years of experience successfully implementing…
