- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or project support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Current Driver’s license and ability to travel in and out of state
- Experience in leveraging technology for educational content delivery
- Familiarity with grant writing and project management in healthcare education
- Ability to develop creative and engaging presentations for diverse audiences
- Previous experience supporting educational programs or initiatives in healthcare settings
