Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home and center-based ABA services, actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for cases across New Jersey. Job Responsibilities

As a BCBA Supervisor at Bright Achievements, your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting initial and ongoing in-home client assessments using tools like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS
  • Performing functional behavior assessments
  • Developing comprehensive programs and behavior intervention plans
  • Providing training and supervision to paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Planning, overseeing, and evaluating ABA programs to address behavioral excesses and deficits
  • Supervising ABA programs, assessing performance, and making necessary adjustments
  • Delivering ABA training to parents and caregivers
  • Managing electronic client progress data via Rethink
  • Building strong, supportive relationships with families
  • Respecting cultural diversity and adapting ABA procedures accordingly
  • Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with attention to detail
Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a treatment team
  • Preferred:
    At least 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum
