• Functional Assessments: Complete functional assessments for eligible Medicaid beneficiaries, utilizing technology such as hotspots and remote telehealth.
• Adult and Aging Population Care: Work with adult and aging beneficiaries, providing care and support through remote assessments.
• Technology Use: Utilize technology, including hotspots and remote telehealth, to complete assessments and communicate with beneficiaries.
• RN Licensure: Practice as a licensed RN, adhering to Arkansas state regulations and guidelines.
• Motivational Interviewing: Use motivational interviewing skills to engage with beneficiaries and support their care needs.

Required Skills:

• RN Licensure: Current RN licensure in Arkansas.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a licensed RN, with a focus on adult and aging populations.
• Functional Assessment Experience: Experience completing functional assessments, preferably in a home-based care setting.
• Technology Comfort: High level of comfort with technology use, including remote telehealth and hotspots.
