Accuracy COB Specialist

• Collaborate with all levels of the business on assigned projects and deliverables
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide knowledge sharing and support to team members
• Conduct advanced auditing and quality checks, and manage appeals and client investigations
• Identify and solve problems related to errors and over payments for healthcare clients
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA laws and maintain confidentiality and security of data

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in healthcare
• At least 1-2 years of experience with the employer recommended for internal candidates
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Coordination of Benefits
• Strong interest in working with large data sets and databases
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both individual and team environments
