W2 Full-time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

We are hiring a CCC‑SLP or CF‑SLP who wants strong mentorship, a supportive team, and a schedule that feels sustainable. Primary Responsibilities

Evaluation and Treatment: Provide evidence based evaluation and intervention for pediatric clients. Develop and adjust individualized plans of care to ensure meaningful progress.

Collaboration: Partner closely with families and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and admin staff to provide coordinated care. Participate in team meetings and case discussions.

Documentation and Compliance: Complete accurate and timely documentation that meets payer, Florida Board, and clinic standards. Follow ethical and professional guidelines.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Active Florida SLP license

CCC preferred but CFs welcome

Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, autism, AAC, feeding, or motor speech

Commitment to evidence based and neurodiversity affirming care

Playful, child friendly, and strengths based approach

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Organized and motivated for ongoing professional growth.

Schedule

4 days per week 8.5 hours & 1 day per week 6 hours, consistent predictable hours

(open to flexibility with scheduling and some flex/work from home admin time)

Compensation
  • CCC‑SLP full‑time salary range $70,000 to $77,000 depending on experience and willingness to mentor
  • CCC‑SLP part‑time hourly range $55–60/hour
  • CF‑SLP full‑time only salary range $62,500–$65,000 with increase when CCC‑SLP are earned
  • Bonus and raise opportunities tied to growth and leadership
Caseload and Productivity
  • Caseload cap 35 patients per week
  • Built in documentation and planning time daily
