We’re hiring both Full and Part Time Pediatric Physical Therapists to provide home-based early intervention services in St. John, IN and nearby communities. You’ll help families develop their children's gross motor foundations during the most critical years of their development—all while enjoying the balance, support, and professional growth you crave.

• Early Intervention Focus – Deliver therapy in the natural environment, supporting children ages 0–3 during the most important stage of their development.
• Family-Centered Approach – Coach and empower parents and caregivers as active partners in their child’s progress.
• Efficient Documentation – Complete notes during your sessions and workday—never after hours.
• Predictable Scheduling that You Control – Maintain a steady caseload without late nights or required weekend catch-ups.
• Collaborative Team Culture – Work alongside SLPs, OTs, DTs, and ABA professionals in a supportive, multidisciplinary organization.
• Therapist-Led Leadership – Be backed by leaders who understand the unique demands of pediatric home health.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3).
• Provide engaging, play-based, and evidence-based physical therapy in natural environments (home/community).
• Coach families on integrating communication strategies into everyday routines.
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation to minimize administrative burden.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support whole-child development.

• Pediatric experience preferred—especially with infants and toddlers (new grads encouraged to apply - we'll coach you up!)
• Strong family coaching, communication, and collaboration skills
