We are seeking passionate, community‑minded therapists to join our growing team serving Cambridge, Massachusetts and surrounding communities. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 in‑person days per week at our Cambridge location or satellite offices, with the remaining time remote.

A well‑suited candidate will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and will thrive in an environment driven by our core values: authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

We strive to foster an inclusive environment that values people for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives, which is why we hope you’ll apply even if you don’t check every box listed.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
  • Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a diverse, inclusive, and dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
  • For Full‑Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Specific areas of expertise that we are currently hiring for include: EMDR, Perinatal Support, or Brain spotting.
  • Candidates ideally have independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LMHC). LCSW with outpatient therapy experience will be considered. Licensure must be in Massachusetts.
  • Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in the use of Google Suites and Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
The Perks
  • Autonomy over your schedule, flexibility, and WFH arrangements.
  • Being part of a collaborative culture looking to improve the lives of people in our community.
  • Credentialing and negotiating with insurance companies for better rates is done on your behalf.
  • Support staff to navigate billing, claim and financial concerns so you can focus on your clients.
