Virtual Claims Officer (Healthcare) Full Time (38 hrs/week)

Pro Source is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our valued Therapy in a part-time Claims Officer role initially with scope to grow full time pending performance. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a healthcare background to assist with medical data entry, email management, claims processing, and reporting.

About the Role:

Schedule:

10-20 hours per week to start with scope to go full time quickly

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays initially with scope to go Monday to Friday.

Must be available during Australian business hours (Queensland time)

Must attend 8:30 AM team meetings in the team (QLD time)

Key Responsibilities:

Populate Word document templates with medical data from records and legal briefs

Manage client emails and communications

Ensure accuracy, privacy, and security in handling sensitive patient data

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in healthcare administration (minimum 2 years preferred)

Previous use of medical software such as SharePoint, Cliniko, and Zanda

Strong communication skills, especially for status updates and issue escalation

High level of integrity and strict adherence to privacy protocols

Reliable internet and power setup (office-based access is a plus)

Comfortable working independently and following detailed procedures

Ability to work Australian hours
