The Opportunity:We are actively seeking a dynamic and engaging board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Virginia to join our provider team. The ideal candidate is technologically proficient, eager to embrace telehealth, expert in medication management, and comfortable providing women’s and pediatric psychiatry services.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care via our secure telehealth platform and in-person at our Reston, Virginia office.
- Deliver comprehensive medication management and brief psychotherapy.
- Collaborate with internal and external providers.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and submit superbills to our billing department.
- Master's degree and an active Virginia PMHNP license are required. Maryland/DC licenses are desirable.
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is preferred.
- 2+ years of post-graduate PMHNP experience required;
Expertise in reproductive and/or pediatric psychiatry is desirable. - Dual-speciality certified is preferred
- W2 position with healthcare, vision, dental, 401k, FSA
- Highly competitive compensation based on productivity and experience.
- Flexible scheduling (minimum 10 hours/week, with flexibility to increase hours to full-time as desired). Your patient panel will grow with you.
- Hybrid position with in-person and remote work; must be in continental United States.
- Comprehensive credentialing support (typical completion time 2-3 months post-hire).
