Children Making Strides is S. Massachusetts’ premier ABA agency, delivering quality services to children on the Autism spectrum for over 20 years. Offering both home-based and center-based programs, the organization specializes in tailored services designed according to individualized assessments and treatment plans approved by health insurance providers. Center-based services accommodate children aged 2.9 to 12, featuring offerings such as one‑on‑one discrete trial sessions, small groups with dedicated support, social skills groups, and parent training.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in South Carolina, United States. The BCBA will oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities include evaluating clients’ progress, providing training and guidance for team members and caregivers, creating treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including functional behavior assessments, treatment plan development, and intervention strategies.
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills to guide RBTs and support staff in implementing behavior plans effectively.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and progress evaluation to monitor and adjust intervention plans as needed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with caregivers, team members, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a current license to practice in South Carolina.
  • Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum in either home or center-based settings is preferred.
  • Commitment to professional ethics, continuing education, and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required.
