This full-time hybrid role, located in Alaska, United States, allows for a combination of in-person (75%) and remote work (25%). As a licensed LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), you will provide counseling and mental health services to clients. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, coordinating care with other providers, and monitoring progress to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Collaboration with the team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care is a key aspect of the role.

• Proficiency in Social Work and Medical Social Work, with a strong emphasis on client-centered approaches
• Experience in Case Management tasks, such as coordinating care and providing support resources
• Expertise in Mental Health and Behavioral Health treatment, including therapeutic interventions and client education
• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of Alaska
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with diverse populations and evidence-based therapy methods
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Pay: $95.00 - $115.00 per hour

28 - 32 Clinical Hours/Week (Mix of In-Person & Telehealth)
