Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Client Success Manager, based in the Greater Chicago Area with partially remote work flexibility. The Account Manager who will be responsible for working with customers directly, ensuring we remain a trusted partner with them. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client needs, providing solutions to improve client outcomes, and working with the data and back end teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Clear communication, problem-solving, and collaboration will be essential to ensure seamless client experiences and long-term partnerships.
This position is 100% remote, and as part of this job, you will be the primary point of contact with the customer and work with the Offshore billing team in India to ensure all billing work is completed on time and maintain quality; and work with customers as their in-house billing manager to ensure all billing and RCM-related issues are managed.
Qualifications- Ideally, you have 6-10 years of experience as an office manager/ RCM Manager at a busy medical practice or a billing manager at a medical billing company
- CPC/CCS is preferred but not required.
- A deep understanding of all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and ability to drive customer retention strategies
- Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to foster positive client interactions
- Analytical Skills to identify client needs, assess solutions, and measure performance metrics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficient in project management software and leading teams and process
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Greater Chicago Area
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields is preferred
- Monitor Charge Entry, Posting, and AR for each customer.
- Working on Insurance and patient AR daily to support the billing team
- Work with patients to resolve patient balance issues
- Communicate with clients regularly as needed
- Prepare and review end-of-month reporting to clients
- Prepare Ad-hoc RCM and operations reports as requested
- Work with clients to identify workflow efficiencies
- Prepare, continuously update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each customer.
- Resolves customer complaints or answers customers' questions regarding policies and procedures.
- Takes a proactive approach and effectively communicates with clients.
- Collaborates closely with the RCM Manager to improve processes and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
