Associate Director, Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaison; HEOL

• Communicate compelling clinical, humanistic, Real World Evidence (RWE), and health economic (HCEI) data to support the employer's products
• Build and maintain strategic engagement plans with key payer accounts in assigned geographies
• Collaborate closely with National HEOLs to ensure alignment of strategy and tactics
• Provide medical and HCEI leadership supporting the access and operationalization of therapies across health systems
• Present appropriate economic and clinical information to Population Health Decision Makers (PHDMs) in a fair and balanced manner

• Advanced/scientific medical degree strongly preferred (Pharm
  
  D, PhD, MD, MPH, MS, etc.)
• At least 5 years of field HEOR or Value Liaison experience generating and/or communicating meaningful evidence to US payers
• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare, payer, and market access environments
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a high-matrixed environment
• Current working knowledge of FDAMA 114, 21st Century Cures Act, HIPAA, and other compliance regulations

• Experience in the hematology/oncology space; expertise in lymphoma, leukemia, thoracic, and gynecological oncology experience a plus
• Preferred experience on product launches or demonstrated success as a product or therapeutic point to PHDMs
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment
• Demonstrated technical acumen including MS Office skills and the ability to adapt to multiple business applications
