Sohail Counseling & Care is a values-driven group practice offering culturally aware, relational, and trauma-informed therapy for modern adults and couples. We’re looking for a fully licensed (LCSW) clinician interested in a Supervisor role that balances clinical work, mentorship, and sustainability (no hustle culture here).

This role is designed for clinicians who enjoy supervision and want a protected caseload, clear expectations, and transparent compensation.

• Provide clinical supervision to 2–4 pre‑licensed clinicians
• Maintain a protected clinical caseload
• Support ethical care, documentation quality, and clinical decision‑making
• Collaborate around risk management and clinician support

• 60% split on all clinical sessions
• Protected minimum caseload: ~16–18 sessions/week while supervising
• Paid time off (PTO)
• Sessions Health EHR
• No marketing, billing, or collections responsibilities

Because supervision reduces clinical availability, the base role prioritizes sustainability. For supervisors who choose to maintain a higher, sustained clinical caseload, flat monthly incentives are available:

• Are based on rolling averages after 3 months
• Are flat amounts (not per session)
• Are separate from the clinical split (sessions remain at 60%)
• Supervision loads above 3 clinicians are reviewed collaboratively
• This role is not designed for maximum hourly extraction
• Compensation rewards responsibility and sustained capacity- not over extension

• Are fully licensed (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) and eligible to supervise in IL and/or MI
• Value mentorship, structure, and ethical group practice work
• Appreciate clarity, transparency, and long‑term collaboration
