Medical Secretary - Physician Specialty Clinic
Full-Time. Monday - Friday. Provides medical transcription, public contact and clerical support. Provides medical transcription, public interaction, and clerical support while assisting multiple specialties. The role is primarily call center and phone-based, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls. Additional specialties may be added over time, and the Medical Secretary will be expected to adapt to evolving needs.
Remote work may be possible based on strong performance, reliability, and operational requirements.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively;
Basic mathematical skills and good typing skills;
Medical terminology;
Word processing, prior secretarial experience, and/or education preferred.
