** Global Market Access & Strategic Pricing Specialist VIE
** within our Market Access team, you will support all global access and pricing activities for Rilzabrutinib, our innovative treatment for immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and potentially other indications. This includes launch preparation activities, in-market support, competitive landscape monitoring, and multi-indication expansion planning.
** This position will be based in Lisbon, Portugal, reporting to the Global Market Access and Pricing Lead for Rilzabrutinib. You will work closely with the Global Market Access & Strategic Pricing team for Specialty Care, which sets the access strategy and pricing policy, approves price changes, plans for major competitive events, sets launch sequence for new launches, develops payer value stories, payer objection handlers, and conducts mock negotiations.

* Main responsibilities:
*** Coordinate launch tracking activities for all wave 1 markets and provide cross-functional global support.
* Manage and guarantee updates to Payer Value Messaging and Payer Objection Handlers, ensuring materials remain current and relevant.
* Support affiliates with localization and adaptation of global payer materials to meet local market needs.
* Support payer advisory boards and payer engagement activities. Participate in mock negotiations work streams and workshops to help prepare for payer interactions and optimize negotiation strategies.
* Partner with affiliate market teams in the development of price dossiers and prepare for launch by refining market access and pricing strategies through collaboration with Health Economics and Values Assessment (HEVA) colleagues to support payer needs.
* Update and maintain resources for markets. Manage monthly touchpoints with affiliates and track key deliverables. Responsible for regular cross-functional calls, taking minutes & following up on action items
* Set the agenda for team meetings and track key deliverables.
* Monitor the marketplace for access issues, threats & opportunities, particularly regarding autoimmune diseases and rare hematology conditions, and perform thorough research as appropriate.
* Ensure consistency of payer messaging across markets while supporting necessary local adaptations.
** About you
**** Experience**:
* Experience in the pharmaceutical market and/or healthcare sector.
* Understanding of pricing & reimbursement processes in key markets (particularly EU5 and/or US).
* Knowledge of market access specifics for specialty medicines and/or rare disease/autoimmune therapies is a plus.
