• Collaborate with clinical leadership to create and maintain provider schedules using QGenda software
• Coordinate staffing needs by adjusting schedules and planning for vacancies and leaves of absence
• Maintain statistical information and workflow in accordance with staffing patterns
• Assist in the orientation of agency/external staff and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Serve as a liaison with external staffing agencies as directed

• Must be able to function independently and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone, organizational, and communication skills are essential
• Basic computer skills required, including proficiency with spreadsheets and reports
• Previous experience dealing with contracts, payroll, and/or human resources policies is helpful
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical setting or customer service environment

• Previous experience in a staffing/scheduler role
• Experience with UKG software
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and regulations
