Therapy My Way, P.C. is an outpatient mental health practice seeking a Licensed Master's Social Worker to provide individual psychotherapy to a steady caseload. We’re looking for a clinician who is warm, reliable, and committed to high-quality care.

• Provide individual psychotherapy (and groups/couples if trained)
• Maintain timely documentation (treatment plans, progress notes) in our EHR
• Participate in case consultation and team collaboration
• Coordinate referrals and care as needed
• Uphold ethical and professional standards

• Active LMSW license (NY) in good standing
• MSW
• Experience providing therapy (internship/post-grad welcome)
• Strong communication, boundaries, and documentation habits

• W-2 position with a supportive clinical team
• Supervision provided (toward LCSW hours, where applicable)
• Steady referrals + admin support (full front-desk and billing support)
