This is a hybrid role for Psychotherapists, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions based in Belleville, IL. Some work-from-home flexibility is available. Responsibilities include providing direct counseling and psychological support to individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities. You will conduct mental health assessments, deliver therapy sessions, offer relationship counseling, and create tailored care plans to support clients’ emotional and mental well-being.
Active participation in team collaboration, ongoing professional development, and upholding ethical standards will also be vital components of this role.
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling essential to delivering quality mental health care
- Expertise in Mental Health services, including therapy and individual care Experience or interest in Relationship Counseling and providing support for interpersonal challenges
Basic understanding or background in Medicine related to mental health care is a strong plus Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
Familiarity with the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals and marginalized communities is a plus Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, with appropriate licensure
Commitment to professional ethics and promoting inclusive and equitable mental health practices
