Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Internal
Title:
Clinician I) to serve youth and families in Burien and Tukwila, WA. The role offers flexibility, a sign‑on bonus, and relocation assistance.
Burien, WA (serving South Seattle Latino/Latinx communities) and Tukwila, WA (serving South King County communities).
Benefits- Starting pay range: $37.85 - $42.11 per hour
- First Responder pay: $1,800 per year
- Performance pay: up to $8,000 per year
- Bilingual language stipend (Spanish & English, or other languages) $100‑200 per pay period
- On‑call rotation support
- Comprehensive benefits: 12 paid holidays + 1 personal holiday, 3 weeks vacation first year, 12 sick days, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403‑B and employer pension
You will provide family‑strength‑based mental health services in the homes and communities of children, youth, and families. The position requires a flexible schedule—including evenings and weekends—and may involve working from home, the FBH Tukwila office, and community settings. Services are delivered in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Care Coordinators, and partners to promote safety and stability for families.
Responsibilities- Deliver individualized, evidence‑based mental health services to children, youth, and families.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions in home and community settings.
- Participate in an on‑call rotation with other Clinicians and Clinical Care Coordinators.
- Collaborate with partners, community services, and family members to coordinate supports.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and record‑keeping.
- Attend daily and weekly supervision sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or an equivalent accredited degree.
- Energetic, innovative, and engaging style with the ability to motivate children, youth, and families.
- Optimistic, strengths‑based approach, culturally competent, and comfortable working in multicultural settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record.
- Background clearance and safety checks before employment.
- Preference for bilingual Spanish & English fluency for Burien service areas.
- Flexible schedule willing to work evenings, weekends, and on‑call duty.
