** Senior Medical Data Analyst
** Perform varied and complex diagnostic and procedural coding for accurate DRG, severity of illness, and risk of mortality assignment.
** Preferred Criteria*** ## CCS or CCS-P or CPC or ART/RHIT
** Required Criteria**
* ** 3-5 years medical record experience, preferably in an acute care, computerized environment; 2-3 years demonstrated coding experience**
* ** Demonstrated knowledge of ICD-10CM, CPT4, HCPCS, and applicable DRG grouper coding schemes**
* ** Proficient computer skills, including experience with clinical information systems for accessing health information in an electronic environment**
* ** Good interpersonal and communication skills**
* ** Ability to distinguish colors to identify medical numbers
